Satin nightgown from circa the 1940s in the softest winter white / ivory. Absolutely gorgeous squared neckline with interesting trim, gathers in the bodice, a bias cut skirt with a flounce at the bottom hem. What a dream! Delicate and lovely, you'll feel like a screen goddess in this. I believe this is a rayon satin, and its incredibly silky!

Excellent vintage condition. The only thing worth noting is a small amount of very faint yellowing under one armpit, the other seems fine. And a teeny little smudge at the bottom hem.

Measurements taken laid flat: Doubled at bust, and waist.
Armpit to armpit across bust: 38"
Empire Waist: 30"
Hip: free up to about 42" - 44"
Shoulder to waist: 14"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 64"
